Products will be shipped via USPS Ground within  the United States and US International outside of the United States. ALTHOUGH ALL MEASURES ARE TAKEN TO ENSURE THAT YOU RECIEVE YOUR PACKAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER WE CANNOT CONTROL EXTREME WEATHER OR A PANDEMIC. Our current lead time is  between 2 to  21 business days. 

As this product pertains to personal hygiene and hygiene standards, any opening of its packaging renders the item unsuitable for resale and considered contaminated. As a result, we regret to inform you that no returns will be accepted. Although we strive for your satisfaction with our products, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please review the conditions below for an acceptable refund OR exchange.

-In the event that an incorrect product has been dispatched, we assure you that we will ship the correct product without incurring any additional charges. Hence, the original product shall remain in your possession.

-In the event that the product is found to have been damaged or if the tamper-proof seal where applicable is discovered to have been broken upon receipt, we kindly request that you provide substantiating evidence. By doing so, you shall be entitled to a replacement of the item at no further expense, or alternatively, a full refund of the purchase price, exclusive of shipping fees.
